The Institut Français du Royaume-Uni are part of the Institut Français worldwide network promoting French language and culture and encouraging cross-cultural exchange and cultural diversity. Cosmur Construction (London) Ltd were appointed as Principal Contractors to undertake the design development and construction delivery of the refurbishment of the Institut Francais Library and respective offices in South Kensington, London. A popular Tottenham market, which has been trading in the area for nearly 100 years, has re-opened after a major refurbishment programme delivered by Cosmur Construction (London) Ltd. The project was part of the Public Realm improvement works which involved the replacement and upgrading of an established and popular street market, off of Tottenham High Road, providing the existing market stall traders with new kiosks, three additional market stalls and new paving. The programme of works was developed in close consultation with Haringey Council and Bruce Grove Stakeholder Group, which consisted of local residents and businesses, ensuring minimum disruption and business as usual for all market stall traders.
