Elm Tree Road adjoins Lord’s cricket ground and is situated within the St. John’s Wood Conservation Area. This project
entailed the demolition of a large two storey detached property to provide a contemporary high specification 5 bedroom family home, whilst retaining some of the characteristics of the original building.
