Cosmur has delivered an exciting array of sports and leisure facilities which combine inspirational design with multi-activity areas for fitness, dance, relaxation, café and socialising. Often facilities remain fully operational while our works are ongoing and we plan our activities considerately to minimise disruption whilst maintaining membership for service users, local communities and the general public.

Cosmur Construction has delivered a range of projects for the healthcare sector, from NHS facilities through to private sector clients, and understands the necessary measures to be taken to ensure all of our works meet the statutory requirements and restrictions that guarantee the safety and welfare of all end users.

We have facilitated various works from design and build works through to refurbishment and fit outs for a range of healthcare authorities and understand the risk and mitigation measures necessary to ensure we achieve our client’s vision of care in hospitals, hospices, care homes, and rehabilitation centres.

The Public sector is central to our business and we have facilitated multiple projects, from design and build to redecorations and repairs, for a range of Public Sector Buildings across London and the South East. The extensive experience of our directly employed Management Team ensures an innovative and cost-effective approach towards every project. We have successfully completed projects for various local authorities on a range of building types such as Town Halls, Libraries, and Council Offices. Cosmur always ensures we maintain careful management of the various challenges including live environments, fast-track programmes and value engineering to meet the authorities’ budgetary restrictions.
