Brief summary of the project:

Cosmur recently completed the Slade Café conversion, refurbishment and conservatory extension of a derelict public convenience, originally built in the 1920s, to create a new, light-filled community space for socialising, displaying art and a small stage for performance. This community-led project for the Royal Borough of Greenwich involved extensive consultation with planners, stakeholder engagement and close liaison with specialist Conservation Officers to ensure all works remained in keeping with the Plumstead Common Conservation area.
