Brief summary of the project:

Cosmur won the project to develop a one storey third floor extension to the existing hotel to provide 18 additional guest bedrooms, a new escape stairwell and roof space that would enable the whole development to utilise renewables in the form of PV panels. Works were carried while the hotel remained fully operational and were carefully coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to the existing occupants, adjacent businesses and local residents.
