At Cosmur we keep all our staff up to date with their training. We want them to have all the skills they need to stay ahead.
We’re fully signed up to Go Construct, the industry-wide initiative to attract, inform and retain a talented workforce, funded by the Construction Industry Training Board levy and operated by the CITB.
We ‘re also active members of the London Region Construction Training Group, the “go to” place for construction companies in the capital who are committed to developing their staff and supply chains. www.lrctg.co.uk/members.
Cosmur director Paul Conway is chairman of the London Region Construction Training Group (LRCTG) and works had to highlight training opportunities across the capital.
We’re proud of our people and make sure to treat them well. We want them to do a good job and gain all the skills they need to stay ahead in a fast-moving industry.
And we know clients enjoy working with our highly motivated, productive teams.
Cosmur was one of the first construction companies to achieve Investors in People in 1999 and our staff retention rate is one of the highest in the Industry.
We’ re especially keen to help young people with their careers. Here’s what Luke, one of our apprentices, says:
“The managing director came to my college and spoke to us about what Cosmur could offer, their morals and commitments in terms on the construction industry.
This is what made me want to be an employee of Cosmur. I knew I wouldn’t just be a typical apprentice, seen as cheap labour – but as an investment.”
