Cosmur invests considerable time in ensuring our supply chain is efficient, cost-effective and responsible.

Through our network of high-quality suppliers we are able to keep costs low without compromising on end results. Long-term, respectful relationships with suppliers also allow us to insist on high standards from their suppliers too.

We are committed to responsible sourcing.  We use sustainable materials wherever possible, from insisting on only using FSC-certified timber to sourcing the most environmentally friendly waste-management systems. We believe this is not only important for the planet but creates more attractive buildings and brings long-term cost savings for both tenants and clients.

Embedding sustainable practices is central to how we do business.  We expect our supply chain partners to share the same goals.
