History

Cosmur Construction was established by our Chairman John Cosgrove in 1973.

Founded to bring the passion and commitment of key industry people into a single, cohesive team, we have continued to build on the values and expertise of our founder to take us into new markets and successfully complete ever more challenging projects.

Cosmur has grown to encompass a wide range of building and development skills and cross-market expertise, ranging from the highest-quality commercial, private and Public Sector projects to design & build packages, project management contracts, refurbishment programs and regeneration schemes.

We are especially proud of our track record in Public Sector construction and Cosmur’s four directors are committed to continued involvement in a wide range of works including community programs such as our "Cosmur in the Community" scheme.
