Craven Hill

The complete refurbishment of a period building to provide a large family residence.

The refurbishment turned a period building, previously a museum, into a large family house for a private client.  The contract value was £1.5m.

The works included the creation of a separate annex to accommodate a new games room and a self-contained staff flat.

High-quality finishes were used through out the refurbishment of the interior of the property and structural alterations included the installation of a lift.
