Stratfield Road

A design and build contract for the external repairs, redecorations and modifications of 12 blocks of maisonettes and flats located on the Stratfield Road Estate in Borehamwood.

This is an exciting project involving three areas:
* External changes with provision of new roofs and balustrades
* Internal changes including new floor coverings and redecoration of communal areas
* Improving security with the installation of a new door entry system

Additionally, the external rendering of the blocks will make the buildings more sustainable through improved insulation to residents’ homes and protection of the exterior from weathering.
