New Malden Library

This project comprised the complete dismantling, refurbishment and reinstatement of the Art Deco interior of a Grade II listed building to allow the installation of new M&E and library security systems.

Cosmur worked closely with English heritage and the local Conservation Officer throughout the project. All works were carried out under the supervision of English Heritage and involved the removal and replacement of Art Deco joinery and finishes.

The works included the installation of an environmental management system and disabled access improvements to the main entrance completed the works.
