It takes exceptional skill and patience to conserve existing structures and architectural details in the construction of new, modern spaces.

Cosmur has worked on a number of projects which have sympathetically preserved the features, aesthetics and original design concepts of buildings which are sometimes many hundreds of years old.

We are one of a dwindling number of construction companies which directly employs a cadre of fully trained tradesmen who have the skills and knowledge to carry out these specialist works.

We liaise with English Heritage, local conservation officers and our clients to ensure that the final building not only retains its unique features but also captures the atmosphere of the original.
