Dean McCluskey

Dean began working for Cosmur as a laborer in 1996. He worked his way around all the trades, eventually progressing to become one of Cosmur’s top Site Managers, a job he held for approximately 6 years.

Dean’s years of experience and his excellent knowledge of construction meant that he was a good internal candidate for the role of Contracts Manager when a post came up during 2008. Initially, Dean was somewhat reluctant to take the post, admitting that he was not sure whether he could handle all the paperwork.

Cosmur’s senior management team worked with Dean to support him to effectively handle the increased responsibility involved with his new role.

With the full support of the directors and staff, Dean is now proving himself to be more than equal to the task and is helping Cosmur deliver a number of major projects.
