Cosmur Construction is delighted to have been appointed by William Sutton homes as the contractor for the external refurbishment of 12 blocks of maisonettes and flats located on the Stratfield Road Estate in Borehamwood.
This project comprised the complete dismantling, refurbishment and reinstatement of the Art Deco interior of the Grade II listed building to allow the installation of new M&E and library security systems.
Throughout the project, Cosmur worked closely with English heritage and the local Conservation Officer.
